jam pack a day of house viewings around when we were coming to town. We’d never seen Prescott and Paul showed us around the listings, educated us on the community, and generally made us feel very much at home. I am sure he wasn’t thrilled about a couple from MN taking up his time when their buying horizon was 2+ years away…however, we found a home and a situation that worked for us so don’t judge a book by its cover!! Paul was very responsive and acted on our behalf as we were only in town for one day–so the whole process was done with Paul as our proxy and eyes/ears in town.
